Fred is the Chief Investment Officer of Canadian merchant bank Forbes Manhattan, based in Toronto. Fred has played a key founding and executive role in the capital markets for nearly four decades, and has founded, invested in, been a director of, and helped take many companies public. His career has been spent in assisting CEOs and CFOs in funding, IPOs, market support and business advice.

Fayyaz has been a Director of Investments for a Dubai based fund/operating group. He has provided corporate finance and strategic advisory services to clients in various sectors. He has been a founder of a mining company he took public, with one of the 250 largest gold deposits in the world. He has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a CPA.

Nasir has recently founded Engago, which provides a mobile gaming app for corporate clients. He was the founder and CEO of Anedom Mobile, which served Fortune 1000 companies. He is a faculty member at Columbia University. He has a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Yale.

Freddie is the principal of a private British Columbia company providing fundraising, investor relations and advisory services. He has over 10 years of experience with companies in the mining and technology sectors worldwide, acting in an investor relations and advisory role for a number of publicly listed companies.
